Multi-Level Glamour

The Briswest Renovations team were keen to take on the renovation project of a three storey home in Clayfield. The house is a surprising oasis, but needing an update.
Our clients were keen for luxury design and finishes for the kitchen, laundry and three-bathroom renovation.

Interiors were repainted with Dulux “Natural White”, opening and lifting the home.

The home boasts three sizeable bathrooms. Pete and the team were able to incorporate walk-in-showers and large vanities in each. Wall hung vanities enhance the space and modernity to the home.

Our clients were wanting drama and depth of colour in each of the bathrooms. The 36 different face design tiles were used for the walls and floors to create drama. The dark Italian stone-look tiles were paired with dark sage grey fish scale mosaic tiles. The mosaics were placed on the vanity walls layering shape and design inclusions. By selecting a gloss finish, the moodiness of the space incorporated reflection and light.

The dark concrete baths in a dark muddy grey brought further depth and drama to the colour palette. The Briswest Renovations team showed their muscles in carrying the ensuite bath up three flights of stairs! Gold and natural alabaster wall lights ensured a high end finesse.

The laundry included the best of design aspects of the kitchen and bathrooms. Creating a functional and stylish zone, framed by the brushed gold hanging rail. Hanging rails are the perfect inclusion in your laundry for shirt drying.
