Dreaming of a beautiful kitchen makeover in Brisbane? You’re in luck! Briswest Renovations recently transformed our Albany Creek clients’ home into an incredible entertaining space.
 
Our clients were so pleased with our previous work on their main bathroom and ensuite in 2022, they invited us back. This time to renovate their Entertainer’s Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry, Laundry, and Guest Bathroom. Their property, perched atop a hill, offers breathtaking views of a glamorous pool area across to distant hills. These views provided the ideal backdrop for our expert kitchen renovation team.
 
Our talented designers, Pete and Rebecca, focused on creating a top-notch kitchen that seamlessly blends style and functionality. Since our clients love to entertain, a spacious kitchen island was a must. Rebecca’s expertise came to the fore as she designed a large island with ample seating, perfect for socializing while preparing meals.
 
To make the most of the space, we added elegant back cabinetry, making the island the centerpiece of this entertainer’s dream kitchen. This design not only enhances functionality but also adds valuable living space to the home. We chose Porters’ “Whale Watching” blue, which complements the oak timber laminate and black bar stools, creating a visually pleasing look. We opted for a smaller shaker profile for the island and cabinetry, giving a polished finish to the entire kitchen.
 
For the countertops, our clients fell in love with Smartstone’s recently released “Leonardo La Vena,” a beautiful white stone with subtle veining. This timeless choice graced both the benchtops and the splashback behind the large oven run, creating a clean and seamless appearance.
 
To enhance the kitchen’s atmosphere, we installed warm white LED strip lights under the upper cabinets, serving as ambient lighting for the adjacent lounge area. Glass pendants above the island added a touch of sophistication, enhancing the overall ambiance.
 
But our work didn’t stop in the kitchen. We removed a dated bulkhead, creating a more open space and enhancing the kitchen’s ceiling detail. We also transformed the previous laundry area into a combined laundry and Butler’s Pantry, complete with a spacious double sink, pull-out recycling center drawers, and stylish subway tiles for the splashbacks.
 
To complete our Albany Creek clients’ dream entertaining space, we also renovated the guest bathroom on the first level. The navy and grey encaustic-look tiles, paired with large format marble wall tiles, create a visually stunning space, accentuated by elegant black tapware.

Yes, Pete and the team at BWR indeed produce magnificent bathrooms (we have 3!) but they are also “top to toe” house renovation specialists.

Pete, Camillo, Rebecca, Cameron and the rest of the BRW Team have just completed a major renovation to our 5 bedroom Queenslander and the result is amazing! New floors, 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen, full window replacement, total repaint – The Works.

We researched long and hard before beginning our reno journey, met with many trades and builders. Within 5 minutes of meeting Pete, we knew we’d found our solution.
